If an employee has a compliance, ethics, or safety concern, they are encouraged to speak directly to the EMS Director, HR manager, or request to be place on the board meeting agenda.
Non-employees that have a compliance, ethics, or safety concern, are encouraged to report these to the EMS Director by calling (318)-259-3589 and asking for the EMS Director or extension 202. This line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the EMS Director is not available at the time, please leave a voice mail and he will return your call the next business day.
